Hidden Gem neighborhoods in Castle Rock
In this article, we will be focusing on a neighborhood that gets little to no press on youtube or from the majority of local real estate agents. Why might that be? It's hard to say, but among the reasons are that 1) they prefer to sell new build homes and there are lot in Castle Rock right now and 2) many are recommending subdivisions that they personally have a vested financial interest in, often in their own neighborhoods or neighborhoods nearby to where they live. But as the wonderful park that you pass as you enter Sapphire Pointe is name (Gemstone Park), Sapphire Pointe is a gem of a neighborhood and the subject of this article today.
